BIO

I've reported on space for the Houston Chronicle since 2020. My focus includes human spaceflight, the growing importance of commercial companies and the expansion of Elon Musk across Texas. I enjoy writing about the people and businesses who are advancing space science and exploration.

I graduated from the University of Florida in 2012 (Go Gators!), and I landed my first journalism job at the News-Press in Fort Myers, Fla. I joined the Houston Chronicle in 2014.

I now live outside of Austin and work remotely for the Houston Chronicle, but I still take frequent trips to Space City.

I enjoy traveling, trying new restaurants and chasing my two kids.
